New Build & Warehouse Addition

In 2009, Lehigh completed this new 108,700 sf beverage distribution facility in New York State’s capital region. The building houses a refrigerated, humidity controlled warehouse, offices and conference rooms. Lehigh completed construction of a 30,000 sq.ft. addition to the original building the following year.
