Beverage Distribution Center Addition

This newest project Lehigh-LakeSide completed for Try-It Distributing included two additions to their location. The first addition was a 7,500 sf add-on to the maintenance building and the second expansion, of 96,000 sf, was to the warehouse. This expansion added conditioned space to the existing structure and the drive-thru was relocated. There are new docks for inbound and outbound trucks and additional access roads were created to allow for more efficient traffic patterns for their fleet of vehicles. There is a new draught cooler and some new office space for their Balkan Beverage division. What made this project really exceptional was the commitment by Try-It to build with as little environmental impact as possible on the surrounding area and to far exceed the required mandates for efficiency.
